Minimum Pricing $10. mileage based pricing added for any drive time of more than10 minutes You must be ambulatory and need zero assistance

Pricing per hour/mileage. min. $20 for 20 min roundtrip total driving time. mileage based fee added to base rate for any time exceeding 20 minutes.. For this option, you DO NOT need a person to wait with you at appointment. You will text your driver when to pick you up. No procedures, xrays, or surgeries qualify for this option

If you need assistance ambulating, or use any manual devices, base price $15 for 10 minute drive. fee per mileage per mile for drive time exceeding 10 minutes. Either one-way or round-trip. Note* assistance should be minimal and client should be well.

Rate per hour in addition to drive rate. that will guarantee someone will be with you the entire time. You wish to keep your information confidential between yourself and medical providers. We simply wait where the facility requires and will be ready to take you home without you having to wait. Note* for this rate, you do not need medical assistance or sick issues

This rate is for any appointment that requires a medically knowledgeable caregiver to be involved in your appointment process. Any procedure/ surgery/ labwork/ xray is charged at this rate. We will discuss your needs in detail prior to agreement of services
